BEST's SIX STEPS TO SMALL BUSINESS SUCCESS is meant to be self- administered and self-explanatory. However questions may arise from time to time. In those cases, Small Business Solutions Network has established the following guidelines should you need additional assistance.

1. For any questions of clarification/explanation, information will be provided free of charge simply by calling or faxing (760) 834-0468.
2. Although each of the free Diagnostic Instruments provides a preliminary but general analysis of your response, if you would like a more in-depth, individual analysis/interpretation of the results of your diagnosis, e-mail your diagnosis, along with any comments to: info@smallbusinesssolutionsnetwork.com. The cost for each Diagnostic analysis is $50. [Please allow for at least a 48 hour turnaround.]
3. For a more in-depth analysis, consultation, and or coaching on any or all of the BEST's SIX STEPS TO SMALL BUSINESS SUCCESS, the fee would be $100 per billable hour, in 15 minute intervals. In this situation, the first 15 minutes is free as we decide if we can be of assistance to you.
